In view of the orders of 26 January 1999 and 24 February 2003 and the successive orders extending the collective agreement of the Department of the Isère of 17 September 1998 concerning the workers employed by the undertakings of the Building subject to the decree of 1 March 1962 (that is, occupying Up to ten employees) and texts which have amended or supplemented it;
In view of the Memorandum of Understanding of 8 December 2011 on the fixing of the night meal allowance and allowances for small journeys, concluded under the Convention Collective above;
Given the request for extension by the signatory organizations;
In view of the notice published in the Official Journal of 23 February 2012;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the Commission Nollective negotiation (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), Collected according to the procedure described inSection R. 2261-5 of the Labour Code,
Stop:
All employers and employees included in the scope of the Collective agreement of the Department of the Isère of 17 September 1998 concerning the workers employed by the undertakings of the building covered by the decree of 1 March 1962 (i.e. occupying more than ten employees), the provisions of the Protocol Agreement of 8 December 2011 concerning the fixing of the allowance for night meals and allowances Small movements, concluded within the framework of the above collective agreement.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the agreement Shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining duration and the conditions laid down by the said Agreement.
The Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Work, employment, vocational training and social dialogue, and the Director of Financial, Social and Logistical Affairs in the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forest are responsible, each as far as it is concerned, Of the execution of this Order, to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
