Judgment of July 16, 2012 amending the amended order of September 15, 1993 relating to the advance examinations of the Bachelor General and the Bachelor of Technology

Minister of National Education,
Considering the education code, including articles D. 334-1 to D. 334-22 and D. 336-1 to D. 336-22;
Having regard to the amended order of September 15, 1993 concerning the advance examinations of the Bachelor of General and the Bachelor of Technology;
Considering the advice of the Inter-Professional Advisory Committee of 25 June 2012;
Considering the opinion of the Higher Education Council of 28 June 2012,

After the second paragraph of Article 6 of the above-mentioned Decree of 15 September 1993, the two paragraphs are added:
"The candidates who have undergone the history-geography test in the technological bachelor's degree in the science and technology series of industry and sustainable development, laboratory science and technology or science and technology of design and applied arts retain the grades they have obtained in the following year to the general bachelor's degree in the scientific series. Similarly, candidates who have undergone the history-geography test of the Bachelor's degree in the scientific series retain their grades if they present the following year to a Bachelor's degree in Technology in the Science and Technology Series of Industry and Sustainable Development, Laboratory Science and Technology or Science and Technology of Design and Applied Arts.
Applicants who have undergone the history-geography test at the technological bachelor's degree in the science and technology series of industry and sustainable development, laboratory science and technology or science and technology of applied design and arts retain the rating they have obtained if they present the following year in another of these three series. »

In article 6 of the above-mentioned decision of 15 September 1993, the following paragraph:
"The candidates who have undergone the history-geography test of the scientific series of the Bachelor General, the series of laboratory sciences and technologies, the sciences and technology of the industry and the sustainable development, the sciences and technologies of the design and applied arts of the Bachelor of Technology keep the note that they have obtained if they present the following year to the final tests of the economic and social and literary series of the Bachelor General, of Science and Technology series »
Is replaced by the following paragraph:
"The candidates who have undergone the history-geography test of the scientific series of the Bachelor General, series of lab science and technology, industry science and technology and sustainable development, science and technology of design and applied arts of the Bachelor of Technology shall undergo the terminal test of history-geography if they present the following year to the final tests of the economic and social and literary series of the Bachelor General, of Management and the series of Science and They do not keep the note of the anticipated history-geography test. »

The provisions of this Order shall apply from the 2013 session of the General and Technological Bachelors and shall take effect for the early examinations of this session, which are held in 2012.

The Director General of School Education is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
