In view of the amended decision of 17 September 1987 setting out the procedure for the recruitment of professors from universities-hospital practitioners, lecturers from universities-hospital practitioners, professors from universities-hospital practitioners in pharmaceutical disciplines and lecturers from universities-hospital practitioners in pharmaceutical disciplines;
In view of the decision of 20 February 2012 on the vacancy announcement of a professor at universities and practitioners in the pharmaceutical disciplines offered for the transfer and recruitment of the year 2012 and setting out the terms and conditions of application;
In view of the decision of 22 June 2012 setting out the admission lists for the 2012 competitions for the recruitment of lecturers from universities-patients in pharmaceutical disciplines,
Stop:
Persons registered on the admission lists to the lecturers' competitions of universities-patient practitioners in the pharmaceutical disciplines may, within ten days of the publication of this Order in the Official Journal (the stamp of the position in question), apply to the jobs designated in Schedule I, offered for recruitment under the year 2012.
Nominations are composed of the following documents:
1° A letter of application prepared in accordance with the model annexed to annex II;
2° A dactylographed curriculum vitae;
3° A copy of the written statement of titles and works, submitted to the jury mentioned in theArticle 51 of Decree No. 84-135 of 24 February 1984 modified;
4° A certificate on the honour of the candidate mentioning the names and names of his father and mother to inform the application for judicial record No. 2;
5° In the event of multiple applications, the list of postulated jobs classified in order of preference.
Applications must be sent, on the one hand, to the Director of the pharmacy training and research unit whose job is applied and, on the other, to the Director General of the university hospital centre concerned.
The candidates shall also, within the same period, address a duplicate of the record, except for the written statement of titles and works mentioned in the 3rd of Article 2 above and the certificate on the honour mentioned in the 4th of this same article, within the time limit prescribed in Article 1 above:
―at the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (General Directorate of Human Resources, Service of Teachers of Higher Education and Research, Sub-direction of Recruitment and Career Management, Department of Teachers-Researchers of Health disciplines [DGRH A2-3], 72 Regnault Street, 75243 Paris Cedex 13) ;
―at the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue (general direction of care, sub-direction of health system human resources, hospital human resources office [RH 4], 14, avenue Duquesne, 75350 Paris 07 SP).
Applicants shall also, within the same period, submit an administrative record to the Ministry of Higher Education and Research at the address given in section 4 above, including the following:
1° A medical certificate, issued by a registered general practitioner, stating that the person concerned is not affected by any illness or infirmity incompatible with the performance of the postulated duties;
2° Where appropriate, a reported state and military services;
3° A statement on the honour by which the individual attests:
― do not work in a civil or military service, community or public or semi-public organization;
― or, if he performs such functions, undertake to resign from the date on which he would be required to take his new hospital-university functions;
4° A commitment on the honour of residing in the agglomeration, the seat of the hospital and university center where he makes an application;
5° If it belongs to the body of hospital practitioners, photocopy of the last progress order in this capacity;
6° If it belongs to the body of the lecturers, photocopy of the last advance order in this capacity;
7° Orders appointing and renewing as a university hospital assistant in pharmaceutical disciplines.
Candidates belonging to the body of the lecturers are exempted from the supply of the documents described above with the exception of the residence commitment and the photocopy of the last advance order in this capacity.
Upon the expiry of the time limit set out in Article 1 of this Order, the procedure provided for in Articles 11, 12 and 13 of the aforementioned order relating to the recruitment procedure shall be applied.
Applicants' files, together with advice from the Board of the Pharmaceutical Training and Research Unit and the Medical Establishment Commission, must be sent to the two departments concerned within fifteen days of the closing date of the application.
The Director General of Human Resources and the Director General of the Care Offer are responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published, as well as its annexes, in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
