Notice relating to the extension of an agreement entered into within the framework of the national collective agreement of personnel of anonymous companies and foundations

In application of theArticle L. 2261-15 of the Labour Code, the Minister of Labour, Employment and Health plans to make an order to make mandatory, for all employers and employees entering its scope, the provisions of the following agreement.
The text of this agreement can be consulted in the regional direction of companies, competition, consumption, work and employment.
Within fifteen days, professional organizations and all interested persons are requested to communicate their comments and opinions on the proposed generalization.
Their communications should be addressed to the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Health (DGT, RT 2), 39-43, Quai André-Citroën, 75902 Paris Cedex 15.

Agreement of 1 December 2011 (an annex).
Deposit:
Labour Branch at the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Health.
Subject:
Prevention of inability.
Signatories:
National Federation of Social Enterprises for Habitat (ESH);
Trade union organizations of interested employees associated with CFTC, CFDT, CGT-FO and CFE-CGC;
National independent union of building and concierge guards (SNIGIC).
