The National Assembly and the Senate adopted,
The President of the Republic enacts the following legislation:

Single article.

Is authorized the ratification of the decision of the European Council amending Article 136 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union with regard to a mechanism of stability for Member States whose currency is the euro, adopted in Brussels on 25 March 2011, and whose text is annexed to this Law (2).
This law will be enforced as a law of the State.
