Given the endorsement No. 3 of January 17, 2011, concerning minimum remuneration to the agreement of 27 November 2007 relating to the classification and the minimum salary of the jobs of the employees, agents and control frameworks (two annexes), concluded in the framework of the abovementioned collective agreement;
Having regard to the request for extension submitted by the signatory organizations;
Having regard to the opinion published in the Official Journal on 2 December 2011;
Having regard to the opinions collected during the investigation;
Having the opinion reasoned from the National Commission for collective bargaining (Sub-Committee on conventions and agreements), collected according to the procedure laid down in article r. 2261-5 of the labour code, stop: Article 1 more on this article...
Are made binding on all employers and all employees included in the scope of the national collective agreement of staff of corporations and foundations of HLM on April 27, 2000, as extended by decision of 22 January 2001, the provisions of Protocol No. 3 of January 17, 2011, concerning minimum remuneration to the agreement of 27 November 2007 relating to the classification and the minimum of the jobs pay employees Masters and officers frames (two annexes), concluded in the framework of the collective above subject to the application, on the one hand, regulations establishing the minimum wage of growth and, on the other hand, the provisions of article l. 2241-9 of the labour code which provide that the annual negotiations on salaries also aims to define and plan to remove the wage gap between women and men.
Article 2 the extension of effects and sanctions of the abovementioned Protocol takes effect from the date of publication of this order for the remainder and the conditions laid down in that endorsement.
Article 3 the Director general of labour is responsible for the execution of this order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
