The application to compete is made at the choice of the candidate:
(a) Whether via telematics on the website of the Ministry of Interior: www.interieur.gouv.fr, section "Les Métiers ― filière administrative ―category B ― concours extérieur ou concours interne".
The deadline for closing telematic registrations is 23 January 2012, at 6 p.m. (Paris time), a term of rigor.
The applicant must make the validation of his or her registration on the telematics service within the deadline for his or her application to be considered valid.
The necessary supporting documents will be sent by post only 25 January 2012 (the stamp of the position being authentic) to the Ministry of the Interior, the Overseas, the territorial and immigration authorities, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, competition pole, internal SA for the internal/SA competition for the external competition, 27, les cours des Petites-Ecuries, 77185 Logs.

The registration form may be withdrawn:
―to be downloaded on the website of the Ministry of Interior: www.interieur.gouv.fr, section "Les Métiers ― secteur administrative ―category B ― concours externes ou concours interne" ;
– either by withdrawal to the Ministry of Interior, Overseas, Territorial and Immigration, Recruitment and Professional Promotion Office, Competition Pole, 27, Les Petites-Ecuries Course, 77185 Lognes (telephone: 01-60-37-13-17).
– by written request, addressed to the Department of the Interior, Overseas, Territorial Authorities and Immigration, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, Competition Pole, 27, Les Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes, by joining an A4 envelope, which is available at the current rate for a letter of up to 100 g and labeled on behalf of the applicant.
The deadline for the withdrawal of the registration form by download or on-site is January 25, 2012, at 6 p.m., rigour.
The deadline for the withdrawal of the registration form by mail is 18 January 2012, the term of rigor, the stamp of the position being authentic.

For external and internal competitions, candidates will have to send, by post only, their full registration file to the Ministry of Interior, Overseas, Territorial and Immigration Authorities, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, Competition Pole, 27, Les Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes.
Registration records must be accompanied by a self-adhesive envelope (standard format) that is available at the applicable rate for a letter up to 20 g, labeled on the applicant's name and address.
Any incomplete or misreported file will be rejected.
The closing date of the registration is set at 25 January 2012 inclusive, term of rigor, the stamp of the position being held.
For the external competition, for the oral admission test, eligible candidates prepare an information sheet in accordance with the model available on the Ministry of Interior's website.
The information sheet template will be available from Monday, April 2, 2012 on the Ministry of Interior website.
This sheet is returned in three copies, no later than May 18, 2012, the term of rigor, the stamp of the position being held in the Ministry of Interior, Overseas, Territorial Authorities and Immigration, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, Competition Pole, SA External, 27, Les Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes.
This consignment is accompanied by an enclosed envelope at the current rate for a letter up to 20 g, which is labelled on the candidate's name and address.
For the internal competition, for the oral admission test, eligible candidates send to the organizing service a record of recognition of the achievements of their professional experience (RAEP) no later than May 18, 2012, term of rigor (the stamp of the position being held).
The model for recognition of the achievements of the professional experience as well as the filling guide will be available from Monday, April 2, 2012 on the website of the Ministry of Interior.
Candidates will have to send, by post only, their complete RAEP file in three copies, accompanied by an enclosed envelope at the current rate for a letter of up to 20 g, labeled on behalf and address of the candidate, in the Ministry of Interior, Overseas, Territorial and Immigration Communities, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, Contest Pole, Internal SA, 27E, Les Petites
Written examinations for the external and internal competitions are scheduled for Tuesday, March 20, 2012 and will take place in the Ile-de-France region: in Lognes for candidates with a trial and/or handicapped layout and in Villepinte for other candidates.
The oral admission tests will take place on the following forecast dates:
― for the external contest: from 5 to 22 June 2012;
– for the internal competition: June 5-22, 2012.
They will take place in Lognes (Seine-et-Marne).
Eligible candidates will receive, with their convocation to the oral examinations, a greeting card on which they must, in order of preference, specify the services in which they wish to be appointed.
This greeting sheet will be delivered to the secretariat of the department responsible for organizing oral examinations on the day of the convocation.
The wish of each candidate will be appreciated according to their ranking in the competition.
