By an order of the prefect of the Doubs, dated 17 October 2011, Act No. 2 amending the constitutive agreement of the public interest group called "Continuing training and professional integration. ― Franche County", of the Besançon Academy is approved.

Add:
The development and implementation of educational activities related to the vocational training of young people under contract of work, including the management of the training centre for academic public apprentices at the Besançon Academy.
Replace the penultimate point by:
The implementation, through educational and investment actions, of the measures envisaged in the European or national strategy for employment and training throughout life and in the programming documents of the structural funds; management of related funding.
