It is created at the Ministry of Culture and Communications (sub-direction of general real estate affairs) an automated processing of personal data relating to persons employed by the department as well as to persons accessing the buildings and premises of the department's central administration.
The purpose of this automated treatment is to control access to buildings and premises and to manage the issuance of professional cards.
The categories of personal data and information recorded in the automated processing provided for in section 1 are as follows:
1° For departmental officers:
family name, first name;
identity photo;
– title, function and direction or service;
- registered;
- professional card number or badge number;
― site name and place of work administrative address;
– office number and fixed or mobile professional telephone number;
2° For interns less than three months:
family name, first name;
identity photo;
- badge number;
― site name and place of work administrative address;
3° For persons outside the department and having use of premises:
family name, first name;
identity photo;
- badge number;
― site name and place of work administrative address.
The retention period of the data and information referred to in 1° of Article 2 is two years from the departure of the Central Administration Officer.
It is equal to the duration of the internship for the data and information mentioned in 2° of this same article.
It is one year from the last entry into the premises of the central administration for the data and information mentioned in the 3rd of this same article.
The recipients of the data and information collected are the personnel of the operational hub of the office of operation of the services dependent on the sub-direction of general real estate affairs.
Access and rectification rights provided by Articles 39 and 40 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above operates at the operational hub of the services office, depending on the sub-direction of general real estate affairs.
The Deputy Director of General Real Estate Affairs is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
