Decision of 10 September 2011 on delegation of signature (General Directorate for Civil Security and Crisis Management - Public Procurement)

The Director General of Civil Security and Crisis Management,
Vu le Public procurement code ;
Vu la Act No. 2004-811 of 13 August 2004 modified civil security upgrades;
Vu le Decree No. 85-1057 of 2 October 1985 modified for the organization of the central administration;
Vu le Decree No. 2005-850 of 27 July 2005 concerning delegations of signature of members of the Government, including its article 3;
Considering the decision of 23 August 2011 on the organization and responsibilities of the General Directorate of Civil Security and Crisis Management,
Decides:

Article 1


Delegation is given to Mr. Pierre Maitrot, Civil Administrator, Chief of the Air Operations Office, directly under the authority of the Deputy Director of National Means, to Mr. Jacques Thibaut, Contractual Officer, and to Ms. Isabelle Friaa-Rousseau, Officer of Administration of the Interior and Overseas, directly under the authority of the Head of the Air Operations Office, to the effect of

Delegation is given to Mr.Marc Croizer, contracting officer, chief of the civil security aircraft base, and to Mr. Philippe Salaberry, contracting officer, head of the civil security helicopter group, directly under the authority of the chief of the air assets group, to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Interior, within the limits of their respective responsibilities, the contracts and agreements
