In the opinion of the appointment of directors of the body of deputy directors of health, social and medico-social institutions published in the Official Journal of 13 July 2011, text No. 121 (NOR: ETSN1118863V), it is necessary:
In paragraph II:
Add:
" — accommodation for dependent elderly people in Meslay-du-Maine (Mayenne)";
“– North-Mayenne hospital centre in charge of the Villaine-la-Juhel hospital centre (Mayenne)”;
"– hospital center, in Capesterre-Belle-Eau (Guadeloupe)".
Nominations, including a copy transmitted by the hierarchical channel, must be sent within three weeks of the date of publication of this notice to the Official Journal (the stamp of the position being authentic) to the following address: Centre national de gestion (département gestion des directeurs, unit de gestion des directeur d'établissements sanitaires, sociaux et médico-sociaux), building Le Ponant, 21 B, rue Leblanc, 75015 Paris.
All candidates must also apply with their curriculum vitae, letter of motivation and their last three assessment forms to the heads of establishment where they are candidates.
