This notice contains the references to the non-mandatory national standards transposing the European standards which the European Commission has published the references to the Official Journal of the European Union of 13 April 2011 (series C 115) pursuant to Article 4 of Directive 2001/95/EC.
Products in compliance with these standards are presumed to be safe for the risks and risk categories covered by these standards related to them under theArticle L. 222-2 of the Consumer Code.
This notice replaces the notice having the same object published in the Official Journal of the French Republic of 28 October 2006.
