Order of April 6, 2011 amending the Order of April 11, 2001 setting the conditions for registration on the Fitness to Employment List of Management Officers and Accounting Officers of Agricultural Social Mutual Organizations

Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries, Rural and Land Management,
Considering articles R. 123-45 to R. 123-47-3 of the Social Security Code;
In light of the amended decision of 11 April 2001, setting the conditions for registration on the eligibility list for the positions of management officer and accounting officer of the agricultural social mutuality organizations,

Section 14 of the above-mentioned decision of 11 April 2001 is amended as follows:
1° In the ninth paragraph, the words "July 1" are replaced by the words "June 1";
2° After the ninth preambular paragraph, a sub-item reads as follows:
"All applications for registration on the candidates' lists of suitability must be forwarded by the president (or director) of the organization to the head of the audit, evaluation and control mission of the agricultural welfare agencies or its representative, together with its reasoned opinion, before July 1 of the year preceding that for which the suitability list is established";
3° In the last paragraph, the words "September 30" are replaced by the words "October 15".

The Director of Financial, Social and Logistics Affairs at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries, Rurality and Land Management is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
