Considering the opinion of the National Council for Higher Education and Research of 17 January 2011,
Decrete:
The university institutes for the training of teachers of the academies of Guadeloupe, Guyana and Martinique, respectively established by the Decrees No. 2001-1228 of 19 December 2001, No. 2001-1229 of 19 December 2001 and No. 2001-1230 of 19 December 2001 shall be dissolved from the first day of the month following the publication of this decree.
The provisional administrators of the university institutes for the training of the masters of the academies of Guadeloupe and Martinique and the director of the university institute for the training of the masters of the academy of Guyana shall serve as provisional administrator of each of the university institutes for the formation of the masters integrated in the University of the Antilles and Guyana until the appointment of the director of these institutes under the conditions determined by the code L. 713-9
The property, rights and obligations of the academic institutes for the training of teachers of the academies of Guadeloupe, Guyana and Martinique are vested in the University of the Antilles and Guyana.
Officials assigned to the academic institutes of training teachers of the academies of Guadeloupe, Guyana and Martinique are assigned to the University of the Antilles and Guyana.
Students enrolled in university teacher training institutes in the academies of Guadeloupe, Guyana and Martinique are enrolled at the University of the Antilles and Guyana.
The financial accounts of the academic institutes for teacher training in the academies of Guadeloupe, Guyana and Martinique relating to the 2010 and 2011 fiscal years are prepared by the accounting officer when the institutes are dissolved and approved by the minister responsible for higher education and the minister responsible for the budget.
The Decree No. 2001-1228 of 19 December 2001 creating a university institute for the formation of masters in the academy of Guadeloupe, Decree No. 2001-1229 of 19 December 2001 establishing a university institute for the formation of masters in the Guyana Academy and the Decree No. 2001-1230 of 19 December 2001 establishing a university teacher training institute in the Martinique academy is repealed from the date referred to in Article 1.
