Lump-sum allowances may be attributed to the members of the Committee established by article 4 of the aforementioned law of January 5, 2010 when they exercise their activity on an ancillary basis. Their amount is determined by joint order of the Minister of defence, the Minister of the budget and the Minister responsible for the public service.
Any half passed to the Committee at the invitation of the president is counted for a session, if it comes to a meeting at the Decree of 8 June 2006 referred to above, or for a session of preparatory work for one of these sessions.

The president receives a monthly allowance in the amount is reduced by 1/60 for each session in which he did not participate.
