Vu la Act No. 2010-2 of 5 January 2010 relating to the recognition and compensation of victims of the French nuclear tests, including Article 4;
Vu le Decree No. 2006-672 of 8 June 2006 relating to the establishment, composition and functioning of administrative advisory committees, including articles 9-14;
Vu le Decree No. 2006-781 of 3 July 2006 setting out the conditions and procedures for the payment of costs incurred by the temporary movement of State civilian personnel;
Vu le Decree No. 2009-545 of 14 May 2009 setting out the conditions and procedures for payment of costs incurred by the temporary movement of military personnel;
Vu le Decree No. 2010-653 of 11 June 2010 pursuant to the Law on the Recognition and Compensation of Victims of French Nuclear Tests, including Articles 3 and 8,
Decrete:
Formal allowances may be awarded to members of the committee established by theArticle 4 of the Act of 5 January 2010 referred to above if they exercise their activity as an accessory. Their amount is determined by joint order of the Minister of Defence, the Minister of Budget and the Minister of Public Service.
Any half-day spent on the committee on the convocation of the chair is counted for a session, if it is a meeting in accordance with the Decree of 8 June 2006, or for a preparatory work session for one of these sessions.
The President receives a monthly allowance, the amount of which is reduced by a sixtieth for each session to which he did not participate.
The Vice-Chair and other members receive compensation for their effective attendance at each session and each preparatory work session.
Members may, if applicable, claim reimbursement of transportation and residence expenses that they are likely to undertake on occasion of travel within the framework of their mission under the conditions established by the decrees of 3 July 2006 and 14 May 2009 Severe.
This Order comes into force on 1 September 2010.
The Minister of Defence and Veterans Affairs, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform, spokesman of the Government, and the Secretary of State to the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform, responsible for the public service, are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
