Vu le Decree No. 2007-1930 of 26 December 2007 bearing special status of the body of directors of health, social and mediocial institutions of the public hospital service, including Article 25;
In view of the amended decision of 15 December 2008 setting out the list of establishments referred to in 2° to 6° of Article 2 of Law No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 with statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service, the management of which allows the functional level of the out-class body of directors of the health, social and mediocial institutions of the hospital public service,

Section 1 of the amended 15 December 2008 order setting out the list of establishments referred to in 2° to 6° of Article 2 of Law No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 with statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service, the management of which permits access to the functional level of the out-of-class body of the directors of the health, social and medico-social institutions of the hospital public service, the following amendments should be made.
The following establishments are added to the list:
« ― public institution of intercommunal health in Lomagne, in Fleurance (Gers) ;
hospital centre in Haumont (Nord). »
The Director General of the Care Offer at the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Health is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
