Order of December 21, 2010 opening the public air traffic of the Toulouse-Francazal aerodrome (Haute-Garonne)

Minister of State, Minister of Defence and Veterans Affairs, Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development, Transport and Housing and Minister of Interior, Overseas, Territorial Communities and Immigration,
Considering the transport code, including its article L. 6312-1;
Given the Civil Aviation Code, including its articles R. 221-2, D. 221-1 and D. 221-2;
Considering the October 11, 1960 decision on the composition of the file to be attached to the application for authorization to create an aerodrome or to open an existing airfield to the public air traffic;
Considering the amended decision of 23 November 1962 concerning the classification of aerodromes following their aeronautical use and the conditions for their use, including its annex listing the aerodromes of the metropolis and overseas departments whose creation and commissioning were authorized;
Considering the conclusions of the technical survey of 26 August 2010;
In light of the opinion of the High Council for Air Infrastructure and Navigation issued in session on 14 December 2010,

Toulouse-Francazal aerodrome (Haute-Garonne) is open to public air traffic as of January 3, 2011.

List 1 of aerodromes whose creation and commissioning were authorized, established and updated in accordance with Article D. 211-3 of the Civil Aviation Code is amended accordingly.

The Director General of Civil Aviation, the Director of Memory, Heritage and Archives and the Director General of the National Gendarmerie are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
