By order of the Director General of the National Centre for the Management of Hospital Practitioners and Management Personnel of the Public Hospitaller Service dated 30 November 2010, the registration procedure and schedule of the special examinations of the boarding school giving access to the post of the academic year 2011-2012 to the third specialized cycle of pharmaceutical studies for pharmacists nationals of one of the Member States of the European Union or of a State Party to the agreement on the European Economic Area,
The special competitions allowing access to the third cycle of pharmaceutical studies referred to in Article 27 of the Decree of October 19, 1988 on the specialized studies of the third cycle of pharmacy are organized under the 2011-2012 academic year as follows:
Registration period: 1 to 31 January 2011, the stamp of the position being shown.
Test dates and locations:
North Zone Contest: May 10 and 11 in a place to be specified later.
Competition for the South Zone: May 17-18, 2011 in a place to be specified later.
The registration file includes:
1° The completed, dated and signed registration form;
2° A copy of an official document certifying the identity of the candidate;
3° A copy of the diploma, certificate or title permitting the exercise of the pharmacy in one of the Member States of the European Union or in another State Party to the agreement on the European Economic Area, in the Principality of Andorra or in the Swiss Confederation, together with the certificate of professional competence issued by the competent authorities of that State and giving access to the pharmacist profession;
4° A certificate issued by the competent authorities to justify that the candidate has been exercising the pharmacist profession for three years at the closing date of the registration.
Documents written in a foreign language must be accompanied by a translation into a French language by a translator accredited to the French courts or authorized to intervene with the judicial or administrative authorities of a Member State of the European Union or a State Party to the agreement on the European Economic Area.
Registration files are to be sent by registered with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address: Centre national de gestion, département concours, autorisation d'exercice, mobilité développement professionnel, unit des concours médical nationaux, PHA, building Le Ponant B, 21, rue Leblanc, 75015 Paris.
Any incomplete or unsuccessful record on the closing date of registration is deemed inadmissible.

Candidates with the quality of a person with disabilities can apply for specific arrangements to compete. They must apply to the National Management Centre with the following documents:
1° A copy of the document giving them the quality of persons with disabilities;
2° A certificate issued by the doctor of the Departmental House of Persons with Disabilities from their place of residence that will have to specify the duration of the additional time to be granted as well as the special arrangements to be granted to the individual.
Requests are to be submitted to the National Management Centre by 31 March 2011.
In accordance with the decree of 15 March 2010 on special competitions for the access of pharmacists nationals of a Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the agreement on the European Economic Area, the Principality of Andorra or the Swiss Confederation to the specialized trainings of the third cycle of pharmaceutical studies, the candidates classified send in writing to the National Centre of Management the list, in preferential order, of the inter-region diplomas
