Publics concerned: users of the public service of higher education.
Subject: Enrolment of students in public higher education institutions and the course of the academic year.
Entry into force: immediate.
Notice: 1° Abolishment of regulatory deadlines for students to be enrolled in a higher education public institution.
These deadlines, which took place on 15 July for a first registration in a public higher education institution and on 15 October for another registration or re-registration, are deleted, given the possibilities of reorientation (and therefore of re-registration) offered to students as well as the dates shown for the start of the training modules of each institution;
2° Abolition of terminals of the academic year.
These terminals, which were fixed on 1 October and 30 June, are deleted. The academic year is now divided into two semesters and the date of university re-entry varies from the beginning of September to the beginning of the following calendar year according to the trainings. It is up to each public institution of higher education to set the beginning of the courses and the end of the academic year, like the dates of examination and the dates of holidays.
