The National Assembly and the Senate adopted,
The President of the Republic enacts the following legislation:

Single article.

The approval of the agreement shall be authorized in the form of an exchange of letters between the Government of the French Republic and the Government of Saint Lucia concerning the exchange of information in tax matters (a whole annex), signed in Paris on 22 March 2010 and in Castries on 1 April 2010, and the text of which is annexed to this Act (2).
This law will be enforced as a law of the State.
