Judgment of July 29, 2010 authorizing for the year 2010 the opening of a title contest for the recruitment of technical assistants of the 1st class of the interior and overseas (central administration and services decuncated - Ile-de-France)

By order of the Minister of the Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities dated July 29, 2010, regardless of the legislative and regulatory provisions relating to employment reserved to beneficiaries of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims, and the legislative and regulatory provisions authorizing the contractual recruitment of beneficiaries of the employment obligation referred to inArticle 27 of Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 Amended with statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State, is authorized for the year 2010 the opening of a competition on titles for the recruitment of technical assistants of the first class of the interior and the overseas (central administration and decentralized services - Ile-de-France).
The total number of positions offered and the number of posts per speciality will be determined later by ministerial order.
The posts are to be filled in the specialties "reception, maintenance and logistics", "vehicle driving", "maintenance and repair of motor equipment and vehicles" and "accommodation and restoration".
They are located in central administration and in the decentralized services, in Paris and in the Ile-de-France region.
The 1st class technical assistant title contest includes an eligibility phase and an admission phase.
The eligibility phase consists in the examination by the jury of the candidate's application file.
The application file includes:
― the completed, dated and signed registration form;
- a photocopy of the level V degree held by the candidate in relation to the professional field covered by the speciality open to the competition or a qualification recognized as equivalent;
- a curriculum vitae indicating the nature and duration of the trainings and the jobs that may be occupied. The applicant attached to the supporting curriculum vitae the necessary supporting documentation (work certificates, work contracts, employer certificates or training certificates);
― a self-adhesive envelope (standard format) that is freed from the existing "letter" tariff and is labelled on the applicant's name and address, for the sending of the acknowledgement of receipt of the file.
The speciality "vehicle driving" is open to candidates who are licensed under categories C, D, and E as required.
The admission phase consists of a practical test whose duration is fixed by the jury according to the open specialty. It cannot be less than an hour or more than four hours. She is immediately followed by an interview with the jury.
The programme of the examinations is constituted by the level V education program covering the professional field of each of the specialties open to recruitment.
For the speciality of "vehicle driving", the questions asked by the jury include: road code and simple notions of failure detection and security.
The registration form may be withdrawn from the candidate's choice:
― by downloading on the website of the Ministry of Interior: www.interieur.gouv.fr under the heading "businesses and contests, technical, real estate and logistics, category C, external competitions". The deadline for withdrawal of the form by download is 1 October 2010, at 6 p.m., Paris time, rigour;
― by written request, by attaching to the application a format A4, freed at 1.35 euro and labeled on the name and address of the candidate, to the office of recruitment and professional promotion at the following address: Ministry of Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, Competition Pole, 27, Courses of Les Petites-Ecuries, 77185 Log
― by withdrawal on site to the following address: Ministry of the Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, Competition Pole, 27, Les Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes, Mme Viviane Gravillon (telephone: 01-60-37-12-63).
The deadline for withdrawal of the registration form by mail or on-site is September 24, 2010, term of rigor.
The complete application package must be sent by mail only to the Department of the Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, Competition Pole, 1st Class Technical Assistant Competition, 27, Petites-Ecuries Course, 77185 Lognes.
Any incomplete or misreported file will be rejected.
The deadline for the submission of files is October 1, 2010 (the cachet of the position in question), a term of rigor.
The jury's case review will take place on the following forecast dates: October 19 and 20, 2010. Only candidates whose application for permission to compete will be selected will be eligible for the admission test.
The admission test will take place on the following forecast dates: between 16 November and 17 December 2010 in Paris or in the Ile-de-France region.
The composition of the jury and the list of candidates authorized to compete will be subject to subsequent orders by the Minister of Interior, Overseas and Territorial Authorities.
