Judgment of 9 July 2010 setting the list of representative trade union organizations to the Central Technical Committee of the National Higher School of Advanced Techniques and the number of seats allocated to each of them

See?Article R. 3411-46 of the Defence Code ;
Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Vu le Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 modified on technical committees of parity;
In view of the decision of 30 March 2001 establishing the Central Joint Technical Committee of the National School of Advanced Techniques;
In view of the decision of 3 April 2001 setting out the modalities of consultation with organized personnel to determine the representativeness of trade union organizations to designate representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the National School of Advanced Techniques;
In view of the minutes of the consultation of staff of the National Higher School of Advanced Techniques held on 17 June 2010,

It is authorized to designate staff representatives in the Central Joint Technical Committee of the National School of Advanced Techniques the following trade union organizations:
― the French Democratic Confederation of Labour, the Franciscan Union of Defence Institutions (CFDT);
– The Workers’ Defence Force (FO) Trade Union Federation.

The distribution of seats among trade union organizations referred to in Article 1 is as follows, taking into account the results of the staff consultation held on 17 June 2010:

The trade union organizations referred to in Article 1 shall have a period of fifteen days from the date of publication of this Order in the Official Journal of the French Republic to inform the Director of the National School of Advanced Techniques of the name of the representatives appointed to occupy the seats of incumbent members and alternate members assigned to them.

The Director of the National School of Advanced Techniques is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
