Decree No. 2010-564 of 28 May 2010 fixing the indiciary level of the bodies and employment of the active police personnel

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of the Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities, the Minister of Labour, Solidarity and the Public Service and the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and State Reform,
Vu la Act No. 66-492 of 9 July 1966 organizing the national police;
Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Vu la Act No. 95-73 of 21 January 1995 modified safety orientation and programming;
Vu le Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 amended by placing hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of civil and military personnel of the State under the general pension system;
Vu le Decree No. 68-207 of 16 February 1968 amended to fix the indiciary classification of the ranks and jobs of personnel of the active police services;
Vu le Decree No. 79-63 of 23 January 1979 employment of Director of Active Police Services in Police Prefecture;
Vu le Decree No. 85-779 of 24 July 1985 modified to implementArticle 25 of Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 fixing higher positions for which appointment is left to the Government ' s decision;
Vu le Decree No. 95-654 of 9 May 1995 Amending the common provisions applicable to active officials of the national police services;
Vu le Decree No. 2004-770 of 29 July 2004 fixing the modalities of integration into the active bodies of the national police of the agents of the departmental community of Mayotte charged with a police mission;
Vu le Decree No. 2004-1439 of 23 December 2004 amended with the specific status of the national police supervisory and enforcement body;
Vu le Decree No. 2005-716 of 29 June 2005 bearing particular status of the national police command corps;
Vu le Decree No. 2005-939 of 2 August 2005 amended with special status of the design and direction body of the national police;
Vu le Decree No. 2005-1622 of 22 December 2005 amended to establish functional jobs as local police unit manager;
Vu le Decree No. 2007-315 of 7 March 2007 relating to the conditions of appointment and advancement in the employment of Inspector General and Comptroller General of the active services of the National Police;
Based on the advice of the Departmental Joint Technical Committee dated July 1, 2009,

Indiciary scheduling for the position of Director of Active Police Services of the Police Prefecture governed by the Decree of 23 January 1979 and the positions of Director of Active Services of the National Police, Head of the General Inspection Service of the National Police decree of 24 July 1985 referred to above, is fixed as follows:

Article 1 of the above-mentioned decree of 16 February 1968 is replaced by the following provisions:
"The hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of the national police active personnel is determined by the Decree No. 2010-564 of 28 May 2010 fixing the indiciary scheduling of the bodies and employment of the personnel of the national police active services. »

The Decree No. 2009-35 of 12 January 2009 fixing the indiciary scheduling of the bodies and employment of personnel of the active police services, Decree No. 2005-940 of 2 August 2005 the determination of the indiciary classification of the ranks and jobs of the active personnel of the national police and the order of 7 March 2007 setting out the classification of the positions of Director of the active services of the national police, Head of Service of the General Inspection of the National Police, Inspector General and Comptroller General of the Active Services of the National Police are repealed.

The Minister of the Interior, the Overseas and Territorial Communities, the Minister of Labour, Solidarity and the Public Service, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and State Reform and the Secretary of State for the Public Service are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
