Decree No. 2010-330 of 22 March 2010 establishing the indiciary level applicable to members of the employment frameworks governed by Decree No. 2010-329 of 22 March 2010 on statutory provisions common to several employment frameworks of officials in Category B of the territorial public service

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities and the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform,
Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 84-53 of 26 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the territorial public service;
Vu le Decree No. 2010-329 of 22 March 2010 bringing statutory provisions common to several employment frameworks of officials in Category B of the territorial public service;
Having regard to the advice of the Superior Council of the Territorial Public Service dated 25 November 2009;
In light of the Advisory Committee's opinion of 5 December 2009,
Decrete:

As of 1 January 2012, the 10th and 11th ranks of the third grade are respectively applied to the 646 and 675 gross indices.
