The management of staff and the adaptation of the professional environment will organize, under the 2010 year, a title competition for access to the body of industry and mining engineers from the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment.I. - Conditions of admission to compete
This competition is open to candidates who meet the following conditions:
(a) Degree condition:
―to hold a title or diploma, ranked at level I of qualification (or a qualification recognized as equivalent) in the order of February 21, 2007 setting the list of titles and diplomas required of candidates for the external title competition for access to the body of industry and mining engineers.
This degree condition is not applicable to mothers and fathers of at least three children whom they raise or have actually raised, as well as to high-level athletes.
(b) Other conditions:
- possessing French nationality or being a national of one of the Member States of the European Union, or one of the States parties to the agreement on the European Economic Area;
- the enjoyment of its civic rights (referred to in Bulletin No. 2 of the criminal record must also be compatible with the exercise of functions);
― to be in a regular position with regard to National Service Code ;
― meet the physical fitness requirements required for the exercise of the function.
II. - Number of positions offered
The number of positions offered is 36.
III. - Date and place of testing
The expected date of the start of the interviews is October 11, 2010 in the Paris region.
IV. - Deadline for registration
The date of the termination of pre-registration on the internet or the departmental intranet, of application (the cachet of the position in question) or of the withdrawal of registration records to the competition sector of the economic and financial departments is fixed on Tuesday, 29 June 2010, up to 6 p.m. (Metropole time), time limit.
The date of the end of the confirmation of the registrations on the Internet or the departmental intranet, of the sending (the stamp of the position in question) or of the filing of the registration records in the competitions sector of the economic and financial departments is fixed on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 until 6 p.m. (metropole time), deadline.
Applicants may register:
― either via teleprocedure, on the internet by the ministry portal (www.economie.gouv.fr or www.budget.gouv.fr) ; sections « Espaces... Particulier » ; « concours et métiers » ; tab « Inscriptions » ; "Registrations to the competitions of the Central Administration"; "Access to the teleprocedure of the Central Administration";
on intranet: Alizé; "Training/Concours" menu; « Contest » ; "the portal of the competitions and trades of the economic and financial ministries"; "Registrations" tab; "Registrations to the competitions of the Central Administration"; "Access to the teleprocedure of the Central Administration".
The procedure takes place in two phases, a pre-registration phase that assigns a registration number and a confidential code communicated to the candidate by post and a confirmation phase of the pre-registration using these numbers.
Beyond the pre-registration deadline, applicants can access the teleprocedure to modify or consult the registration data until the closing deadline. Any modification must be the subject of a new confirmation; the last demonstration of the candidate's will is considered only valid.
Confirmation of pre-registration to a contest is mandatory. In the absence of confirmation on time, pre-registration to the contest will be deemed null and, in fact, deleted from the selection.

Candidates retain the option of withdrawing a registration file by mail or on-site from the Directorate of Personnel and Adaptation of the Professional Environment, Sub-direction of Human Resources, Office 1C, Competition Sector, Building Atrium, Exhibit 2313, 5, Place des Vins-de-France, 75573 Paris Cedex 12, tel.: 01-53-44-28-00, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Requests for registration must be made on forms issued to this effect by the staff management and the adaptation of the professional environment.
The file must also have four copies (1 original and 3 copies):
1. A handwritten cover letter of up to three pages.
2. A detailed curriculum vitae (civil status, nationality, family situation, national service situation, previous studies, diplomas, internships, memoirs and work carried out during schooling and, where applicable, occupied jobs).
3. A copy of the required titles and diplomas or, where applicable, a certificate of graduation from the training institution.
Any file filed or posted after Tuesday, July 13, 2010 cannot be considered.
This provision also applies to files in the competition sector in an envelope bearing a post cachet after Tuesday, July 13, 2010, or after that date in an envelope that does not contain any postmarks.
No internal teledoc consignments will be accepted.
