Vu le Decree No. 2005-932 of 2 August 2005 relating to the compensation plan for management personnel of the establishments referred to in section 2 (1° and 7°) of Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 amended with various statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 2007-1938 of 26 December 2007 relating to the body compensation scheme of directors of health, social and medical facilities of the hospital public service,
Decrete:
In the title of the Decree No. 2005-931 of 2 August 2005 and in the first paragraph of Article 1, the word "functional" is deleted.
In the first paragraph of Article 1 of Decree No. 2005-932 of 2 August 2005 referred to above, the words: "Personals belonging to Articles L. 6141-1 and R. 716-3-45 of the Public Health Code are replaced by the words: "Directors General of Regional Hospital or University Hospital".
Article 3 of the same decree is amended as follows:
1° The second paragraph is replaced by the following:
" ― by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency for Regional or University Hospital General Managers; » ;
2° The third paragraph is deleted;
3° In the fourth paragraph, the words "of the regional agency for hospitalization" are replaced by the words "general of the regional health agency".
In the second paragraph of Article 5 of the same decree, the words "of the regional agency for hospitalization. are replaced by the words: "General of the Regional Health Agency. »
In the first paragraph of Article 6 of the same decree, the words: "a common direction established" are replaced by the words: "one or more common branches established".
In article 7 of the same decree, after the word: "days", it is added the words: " consecutive calendars".
In the fifth paragraph of Article 1 of the above-mentioned Decree of December 26, 2007, the words "Article 2 (1°, 2° and 3°)" are replaced by the words "Article 2 (1° and 7°)".
Article 3 of the same decree is amended as follows:
1° The second paragraph is replaced by the following:
« 1° By the competent authority of the State in the department for the directors of the establishments mentioned to the 4° to 6° of Article 2 of the Law of 9 January 1986 referred to above ;
2° In the third paragraph, the words: "from the regional agency for hospitalization for directors" are replaced by the words: "general of the regional health agency for the directors of the establishments mentioned in 2° and 3° of the above-mentioned article 2 and the words ";
3° In the last paragraph, the words "hospital practitioners and management staff of the hospital public service" are deleted.
The Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform and the Minister of Health and Sports are responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
