Order dated 9 February 2010 amending the constitutive agreement of a public interest group

By order of the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform and the Minister of Culture and Communication dated 9 February 2010, the amendment of the constitutive agreement of the public interest group "Europe of Architectural and Urban Projects" adopted by the deliberation of the general assembly of 20 January 2010, an excerpt is approved below.
Paragraph 2 on the name of the public interest group of section 1 of the Order of 29 April 2002 is replaced by the following provision:
"Denomination: L'Atelier du Grand Paris and architectural and urban projects. »
Paragraph 3 on the mission of the public interest group of section 1 of the Order of 29 April 2002 approving the constitutive agreement of a public interest group is replaced by the following provision:
“Mission:
― continue and deepen the reflections of the ten teams consulted in the framework of the "Grand pari de l'agglomération parisienne" and whose results were presented to the City of Architecture and Heritage on April 29, 2009;
– to conduct and implement research, valorization and animation activities of networks of professionals of the built framework, these actions relating to the practices of the architectural and urban project in Europe;
- fostering dialogue and dialogue among the actors involved.
To this end, the group shall, inter alia, be entitled to:
― to carry out or carry out any research, studies, steps aimed at clarifying the choices relating to the development of the Greater Paris, the modalities of transcription of these choices in future documents or regulations that will guide the implementation of future development operations;
- to bring to the attention of the general public, as necessary and by any appropriate means, the work done;
― ensuring, by decision of the board of directors, international cooperation missions. »
Paragraph 8 concerning the head office of the public interest group of section 1 of the Order of 29 April 2002 approving the constitutive agreement of a public interest group is replaced by the following provision:
"Seat office: the head office of the group is set at the Palais de Tokyo, 13 Avenue du Président-Wilson, 75116 Paris.
It may be transferred to any other place by decision of the board of directors. »
