By order of the Minister of Health and Sports of 8 February 2010, the internship competition in foreign medicine for the 2010-2011 academic year is open as follows:
The registration period is set from 2 to 30 March 2010, the stamp of the position being authentic.
1° The eligibility test takes place on September 7, 2010, at 10 a.m., Paris time, simultaneously in all examination centres:
― for residents in France, in the Jean Monnet space, in Rungis (94);
- for persons residing abroad, in the embassies of France, a service of cooperation and cultural action of the country of residence;
2° Admission tests take place on 9 December 2010, at 1:30 p.m., at the Jean Monnet space in Rungis (94).
The registration file includes:
1° A complete and legibly dated and signed application form, specifying the discipline and speciality in which candidates compete;
2° A statement on the honour attesting that they are not holders of one of the diplomas listed in the list provided for in the second paragraph of Article 1 of the amended Decree of 25 January 1990 fixing the conditions of access to the specialized formations of the third cycle of medical studies for foreign physicians other than nationals of states belonging to the European Communities and to the European Space, Switzerland or the Principality of Andorra are no longer presented and
This declaration must also state the other boarding competitions to which they may have already presented:
― competition organized under the decrees of 27 March 1987 setting transitional conditions for access to the specialized medical sector of the third cycle of medical studies for foreign physicians other than nationals of states belonging to the European Economic Community or the Principality of Andorra and of 25 January 1990 modified setting the conditions for access to specialized trainings of the third cycle of medical studies for foreign physicians other than European nationals or
― competition organized under the decrees of 9 July 1984, setting the organization of the third cycle of medical studies or of 7 April 1988 establishing the organization of the third cycle of medical studies;
3° The legible photocopy of the official identity document, identity card or passport to which the mention will be made: "I undersigned certify the accuracy of the information on this document", dated and signed;
4° A certificate of nationality or any official document attesting to nationality, one or the other from less than six months;
5° A copy of the diploma, certificate or other title allowing the practice of medicine in the country of origin on which the following mention will be made: "The candidate certifies the accuracy of the information on this document", dated and signed;
6° A certificate issued according to the annexed model;
7° For residents in France, the legible photocopy of the document authorizing the regular stay in France.
All documents written in foreign language will be accompanied by a translation by a sworn translator.
Applications are to be filed under the following conditions:
― for residents in France, by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt at the following address: Centre national de gestion, département concours, mobilité-development professionnelle, concours médical hospitaliers, building Le Ponant, 21, rue Leblanc, 75015 Paris;
– for persons residing abroad, at the French embassies, a service of cooperation and cultural action, from the country of origin or residence.
Any incomplete or unsuccessful record on the closing date of the above-mentioned registrations is deemed inadmissible.
The above-mentioned services are responsible for forwarding applications to the Director General of the National Management Centre on April 15, 2010.
