Having regard to the application by the Mutuelle nationale des pharmaciens, whose head office is in Paris (75007), 2, rue Récamier, for the approval of the transfer, by way of merger-absorption, with its rights and obligations, of its portfolio of newsletters to join regulations and contracts to the General Mutuelle of Employees, whose head office is in Bagnolet (93170), 22, rue Malmaison;
Considering the deliberation of 16 June 2009 of the General Assembly of the General Mutual of Employees;
Considering the deliberation of 22 June 2009 of the General Assembly of the National Museum of Pharmaceuticals;
Considering the opinion published in the Official Journal of 17 October 2009 inviting creditors of the concerned mutual funds to present their observations on the proposed merger;
Considering the solvency certificate of 22 December 2009 issued by the Insurance and Mutual Control Authority;
Given the supporting documents, including the merger treaty,
Stop:
Is approved, effective January 1, 2009, the transfer, by fusion-absorption, under the conditions provided for inarticle L. 212-11 of the mutuality code, with its rights and obligations, from the portfolio of newsletters to the regulations and contracts of the National Pharmaceutical Mutuelle for the benefit of the General Mutuelle of Employees.
The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
