By order of the Minister of Health and Sports of 30 November 2009, the terms and conditions of registration and the schedule of the boarding school competitions giving access, under the 2010-2011 academic year, to the third specialized cycle of pharmaceutical studies for pharmacists other than nationals of a Member State of the European Community or of another State Party to the agreement on the European Economic Area, the Principality of Andorra or the Swiss Confederation shall follow
The competitions giving access to the third cycle of pharmaceutical studies referred to in Article 1 of the Decree of 20 March 1991 setting the conditions for access to the specialized trainings of the third cycle of pharmaceutical studies for foreign pharmacists other than State nationals belonging to the European Communities or the Principality of Andorra are organized under the 2010-2011 academic year as follows:
Registration period: January 4 to 29, 2010, the stamp of the position being declared.
Test dates and locations:
Competition for the northern zone: May 4 and 5, 2010 at the Jean Monnet space in Rungis (94);
South Zone Competition: May 11-12, 2010 at Jean Monnet, Rungis (94).
The registration file includes:
1° The completed, dated and signed registration form;
2° The legible copy of the passport or document taking place;
3° A copy of the diploma, certificate or title allowing the exercise of the pharmacy;
4° For persons residing in France, the legible copy of the residence permit in France is valid.
Documents written in foreign language must be accompanied by a translation in French by a sworn translator.
Registration files are to be sent by registered with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:
Centre national de gestion, département concours, mobilité-development professionnelle, concours médical hospitaliers, building Le Ponant B, 21, rue Leblanc, 75015 Paris.
Any incomplete or unsuccessful record on the closing date of registration is deemed inadmissible.

Candidates with the quality of a person with disabilities can apply for specific arrangements to compete. They must apply to the National Management Centre with the following documents:
1° A copy of the document giving them the quality of persons with disabilities;
2° A certificate issued by the doctor of the Departmental House of Persons with Disabilities in their department that will have to specify the duration of the additional time to be granted as well as the special arrangements to be granted to the individual.
Requests are to be submitted to the National Management Centre by 31 March 2010.
The national post selection procedure will be held on 7 and 8 September 2010. The recipients are required to address their assignment wishes to the National Management Centre for these dates. However, pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 of the Decree of 20 March 1991 establishing the conditions of access to the specialized trainings of the third cycle of pharmaceutical studies for foreign pharmacists other than nationals of States belonging to the European Communities or the Principality of Andorra, may only be declared received in the contest that candidates whose grade is at least equal to the arithmetic average of the grades obtained in each of the academic qualifications
