Having regard to the Decree of 10 July 1991 and the successive orders, including the order of October 27, 2008, on the extension of the collective agreement for the metallurgical industries of the Valenciennes area et du Cambrésis of 13 July 1990 and texts the supplementing or amending;
Having regard to the amendment of June 30, 2009, to the agreement of 9 July 1992 guarantees hierarchical annual earnings, concluded in the framework of the abovementioned collective agreement;
Having regard to the Protocol of June 30, 2009, concerning the point value and premium basket of night, to the abovementioned collective agreement;
Having regard to the request for extension submitted by the signatory organizations;
Having regard to the opinion published in the Official Journal on 9 September 20096.
Having regard to the opinions collected during the investigation;
Having the opinion reasoned from the National Commission for collective bargaining (Subcommittee on conventions and agreements), collected according to the procedure laid down in article R.R. 2261-5 of the labour code, stop: Article 1 more on this article...

Are made mandatory for all employers and all employees included in the scope of the collective agreement of the metallurgical industries of the Valenciennes area et du Cambrésis of 13 July 1990, as extended by the Decree of July 10, 1991, as amended by the Protocol of 3 July 1995, and excluding the repair of electrical appliances for household not associated with a store selling , the provisions of: ― amendment of June 30, 2009, to the agreement of 9 July 1992 on hierarchical guaranteed annual remuneration, concluded in the framework of the collective agreement referred to above, subject to the application of the provisions of article l. 2241-9 of the labour code which provide that the annual wage negotiations also aims to define and plan to remove the wage gap between women and men before December 31, 2010;
― the amendment of June 30, 2009, relative to the value of point and premium basket of night, to the abovementioned collective agreement, subject to the application of the provisions of article l. 2241-9 of the labour code which provide that the annual wage negotiations also aims to define and program measures to eliminate differences in pay between women and men before December 31, 2010.


Article 2 the extension of effects and sanctions of the above endorsements is made from the date of the publication of this order for the remainder to run and the conditions laid down by the riders said.


Article 3 the Director general of labour is responsible for the execution of this order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
