constitutive of a public interest group
Subject
The object of the grouping is amended to read:
“The purpose of the group is to:
― the implementation and development of academy-level cooperation, in the areas of continuous adult training, initial training and vocational integration, according to the general programme of activities scheduled for the duration of this Convention, namely:
– Implementing, in training adults, research and development and engineering activities;
― development of training actions of trainers and services services to EPLE, GRETA, other structures of national education, companies and other third parties (training consulting and engineering, expertise, studies...);
― in the validation of the acquired experience (VAE), participation in the organization of the information, guidance and support activities of the candidates and in the organization of the validation sessions;
― participation in the implementation and management of validation and examination sessions (for diplomas and audiences under the competence of the validation group), in the continuation of the mission of the examination division and examinations;
participation in the implementation of regulatory positions;
― academic actions to promote the insertion and animation of personnel involved in these devices;
― development and implementation of educational engineering activities according to two axes: the modularization of the training offer and the establishment of bridges and complementarities between certifications in an objective of securing the courses;
― implementation of the rectoral policy in the field of professionalization and support to a sustainable integration of staff beneficiaries of assisted contracts (EVS, CAE, CAV...) ;
management of training of trainers in the areas of occupational risk prevention;
– management of actions related to the promotion of international exchanges in initial and continuing training;
– logistical and educational support to public programs of regional animation;
- the implementation, in the context of educational and investment actions, of the measures envisaged in the European strategy for employment (National Operational Programme of the European Social Fund) and in the programming documents of the structural funds; management of related funding;
― the management of equipment and services of common interest, necessary for such activities. »

Duration of the convention
The constitutive agreement of the public interest group called "GIP Continuous Training and Professional Inclusion - Franche-Comté", concluded for a period of six years from 11 September 2003, is extended for a period of six years from 11 September 2009.
