In view of the Commission's communication of 4 March 2006 on the guidelines for regionally finalised State aids for the period 2007-2013, together Commission decision C (2007) 651 of 7 March 2007 on the French map of regional end-use aids for the period 2007-2013, Commission decision C (2008) 2261 of 4 June 2008 on the modification of the French map of regional end-use assistance for the period 2007-2013 and decision C (2009)
Vu la Act No. 95-115 of 4 February 1995 modified orientation for the development and development of the territory;
Vu le Decree No. 2007-732 of 7 May 2007 relating to areas of assistance for regional purposes and areas of assistance for the investment of small and medium-sized enterprises, as amended by Decree No. 2008-1415 of 19 December 2008;
The State Council (section of public works) heard,

The municipalities or parts of municipalities listed in the annex to this decree are included in the list of permanent regional end-use assistance zones (2007-2013) as defined in Schedule 1 (A, a) and 1 (B, a) of Decree No. 2007-732 of 7 May 2007 on regional end-use assistance zones and small and medium-sized enterprise investment assistance areas, as amended by Decree No. 2008-1415 of 19 December 2008.
The Minister of Rural Space and Land Management is responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
