It is created at the Ministry of Defence, the General Delegation for Arming, an automated processing of personal data relating to video surveillance and whose purpose is to strengthen the security of access to the site and monitor sensitive areas of the Istres test base of the flight test centre.
The categories of personal information and data thus recorded are those relating to the capture of video images (camera number, date and time of capture).
The personal information and data thus recorded are kept for a maximum of twenty-nine days, excluding judicial investigations.
The recipients of recorded personal information and data are, depending on their respective responsibilities and the need to know:
―keepers;
– Security officers (titular and deputy);
– the site manager;
- the air gendarmerie (as part of the investigation);
– the control and inspection authorities.
The right of opposition provided forArticle 38 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above cannot be invoked as part of this treatment.
The right of access provided forArticle 39 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above conducts with the security officer of the security office of the Istres test base of the flight test centre, 13804 Istres Cedex.
The Director of the Flight Test Centre is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
