Decree of 13 July 2009 on special promotion

By decree of the President of the Republic dated July 13, 2009, taken on the report of the Prime Minister, the Minister of State, Minister of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and the Sea, in charge of green technologies and climate negotiations, of the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, and aimed for his execution by the Grand Chancellor of the National Order of the Legion of Honour, hereby given the statements of the Council of OrderArticle R. 27 of the Legion of Honour and Military Medal Code, the Council of Ministers heard, shall be promoted exceptionally, to take place from the date of receipt in their rank:
Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and the Sea, responsible for green technologies and climate negotiations
