Having regard to Regulation (EC) No. 882 / 2004 of the European Parliament and Council of 29 April 2004 on official controls carried out to ensure compliance with animal and food legislation and with provisions relating to animal health and animal welfare;
Considering Directive 91 / 496 / EEC of the modified Council of 15 July 1991 setting out the principles relating to the organization of veterinary controls for animals from third countries introduced into the Community, in particular Articles 3 and 6;
Considering Directive 97 / 78 / EEC of the Council of 18 December 1997 establishing the principles relating to the organization of veterinary controls for products from third countries introduced in the Community;
In light of Council Directive 2000 / 29 / EC of 8 May 2000 on measures to protect against the introduction in the Community of pests to plants or plant products and their spread within the Community;
In view of Commission Decision 2001 / 812 / EC of 21 November 2001 establishing requirements for the accreditation of border inspection stations responsible for veterinary controls for products from third countries introduced to the Community;
In view of Commission Decision 2001 / 881 / EC of 7 December 2001 establishing a list of approved border inspection stations for veterinary controls on living animals and animal products from third countries and updating the procedures for the controls to be carried out by the Commission experts;
Given the rural code, including articles L. 236-1, L. 236-4, L. 251-18, L. 251-18-1, D. 251-1 and D. 251-22 ;
Given the Customs Code, including its article 24Paragraph 1;

Stop:
The border inspection stations listed in Annex I to this Order are authorized for the conduct of veterinary controls, as the case may be, of living animals, animal products and by-products, plant products referred to in Article 19 of Directive 97/78/EC, pathogenic micro-organisms for animals and products likely to convey them, from third countries, in accordance with the indications given in this Annex.
The designated entry points listed in Annex II to this Order shall be designated for the purpose of carrying out official controls on animal feed products from third countries other than those referred to in the above paragraph.
Community entry points listed in Appendix III to this Order are designated for the realization of phytosanitary controls of all or part of plants, plant products and other objects subject to phytosanitary requirements.
The19 November 2003Amending the list of border inspection stations is repealed.
The Order of May 2, 2007 setting out the list of entry points for plants, plant products and other objects subject to phytosanitary control is repealed.
The Director General of Food and the Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights are responsible, each with regard to the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
