The management of the staff and the adaptation of the professional environment will organize a professional competition for access to the rank of exceptional administrative secretary of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment and the Department of Budget, Public Accounts and Public Service for the year 2009.
I. ― Admission requirements
This competition is open to normal-class administrative secretaries who have reached at least the 7th level of their rank as of December 31, 2009, as well as to senior administrative secretaries.
II. • Number of positions to be filled
The number of posts to be filled will be set at a later stage.
III. ― Dates and locations of trials
The written proof of eligibility will take place on Tuesday, September 15, 2009, in the Paris region and in Nantes.
The oral admission test will take place in the Paris region from 12 November 2009.
IV. ― Registration deadlines
The date of the termination of pre-registration on the internet or the departmental intranet, of application (the cachet of the position in question) or of the withdrawal of registration records to the competitions of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment and the Ministry of Budget, Public Accounts and Public Service is set to Thursday, June 25, 2009 until 6 p.m. (Metropole time), time limit.
The date of the end of the confirmation of the registrations on the internet or the departmental intranet, of the sending (the stamp of the position in question) or of the filing of the registration records in the competitions of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment and the Ministry of Budget, Public Accounts and Public Service is fixed on Thursday, July 2, 2009 until 6 p.m. (Metropole time), time limit.
Applicants may register:
either by teleprocedure:
― on the internet, by the department portal (www.minefi.gouv.fr or www.budget.gouv.fr or www.counts-publics.gouv.fr), entries "you are an individual", "competitions and trades", "insert yourself to a contest", "select forms of registration to the competitions opened by the DPAEP", "access to registration";
―on intranet: Alizé, "training/concours" menu, "competition" section, "registrations", "registration forms of registration for competitions opened by DPAEP", "access to registration".
The procedure takes place in two phases, a pre-registration phase that assigns a registration number communicated to the candidate by post and a confirmation phase of the pre-registration using this number.
Beyond the pre-registration deadline, applicants can access the teleprocedure to modify or consult the data from their file until the closing deadline. Any change must be further confirmed, the last demonstration of the candidate's will is considered to be valid only.
Confirmation of pre-registration to a contest is mandatory. In the absence of confirmation on time, the pre-registration of the contest will be deemed null and, in fact, deleted from the selection;
― either by paper record: candidates retain the option of withdrawing a registration file by mail or on-site from the management of staff and the adaptation of the professional environment (under-direction of human resources, office 1C, competition sector), building Atrium, room 2313, 5, place des Vins-de-France, 75573 Paris Cedex 12 (telephone: 01-53-44-28-00,).
Requests for registration must be made on forms issued to this effect by the staff management and the adaptation of the professional environment.
Any file filed after Thursday, July 2, 2009 cannot be considered.
This provision also applies to records for the competition sector in an envelope bearing a post cachet after Thursday, July 2, 2009, or after that date in an envelope not containing any postmarks.
No internal shipment by Teledoc will be accepted.
