Decree of April 1, 2009 appointing the rector of the Nice Academy - M. Nique (Christian)

President of the Republic,
On the report of the Prime Minister, the Minister of National Education and the Minister of Higher Education and Research,
Considering Article 13 of the Constitution;
Considering the education code;
The Council of Ministers heard,
Decrete:

Article 1

Mr. Christian Nique, rector of the Montpellier Academy, is appointed rector of the Nice Academy, replacing Jean-Claude Hardouin.

Article 2

The Prime Minister, the Minister of National Education and the Minister of Higher Education and Research are responsible for the implementation of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
