Chapter 1 of Part A of Schedule I of the above-mentioned Order of May 24, 2006 is replaced by the following provisions:

Chapter 2 of Part A of Schedule I to the above-mentioned Order of May 24, 2006 is replaced by the following provisions:
"Damest organisms listed in Appendix I, Part A, Chapter II, of Directive 2000 / 29 / EC of May 8, 2000 in its drafting from Directive 2009 / 7 / EC of the Commission of February 10, 2009. »
Chapter 1 of Part A of Schedule II to the above Order of May 24, 2006 is replaced by the following provisions:
"Damest organisms referred to in Chapter I of Part A of Appendix II of Directive 2000 / 29 / EC of May 8, 2000 in its drafting from Directive 2009 / 7 / EC of the Commission of February 10, 2009."
Chapter 2 of Part A of Schedule II to the above-mentioned Order of May 24, 2006 is replaced by the following provisions:

Part B of Schedule V to the above-mentioned Order dated May 24, 2006 is replaced by the following:
