By order of the Minister of State, Minister of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Management, dated 17 February 2009, the composition of the Hygiene and Safety Committee placed at the Central Technical Committee of the Directorate of Maritime Affairs of the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Management is determined as follows:
