Given the Civil Aviation Code, including its Articles R. 224-1 and R. 224-2 ;
Considering the amended decision of 22 July 1959 setting the conditions for the establishment and collection of aircraft parking fees on aerodromes open to public air traffic,
Stop:
Section 3 of the above-mentioned Judgment of July 22, 1959 is amended as follows:
1° The last sentence of the first paragraph is replaced by the following sentence: "However, a time unit below the hour or other relevant criteria related to the technical characteristics of the aircraft or traffic area may be retained by the operator."
2° The last sentence of the second paragraph is replaced by the following sentence: "However, other relevant criteria related to the technical characteristics of the aircraft or traffic area may be retained by the operator. »
Under the above-mentioned decision of 22 July 1959, an article 14 was added:
"For the purposes of sections 3, 5 and 6 of this Order, it is up to the operator or, failing that, the owner of an aircraft to provide the operator of the aerodrome at his request with the documents justifying the maximum certificated take-off weight.If these documents are not supplied, the maximum certified take-off weight is the highest of the aircraft of the same type known on the aerodrome concerned."
The Director General of Civil Aviation and the Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and the Suppression of Frauds are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
