In view of the decree of 6 October 1993 and the successive decrees, in particular the decree of 9 October 2008, extending the national collective agreement of employees of the offices of construction economists and auditors of 16 April 1993 and the texts that amended or supplemented it;
Having regard to Act No. 12 of 25 June 2008, concerning the classification of employment (five annexes), to the aforementioned collective agreement;
Having regard to agreement No. 65 of 25 June 2008 on the value of the item, concluded under the above-mentioned collective agreement;
Considering the request for extension submitted by signatory organizations;
Considering the opinion published in the Official Journal of 8 October 2008;
Considering the opinions collected during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Collective Bargaining Commission (subcommission of agreements and agreements), rendered at the meeting on 6 February 2009,

For all employers and employees included in the scope of the national collective agreement of employees of the offices of construction economists and auditors of 16 April 1993, as amended by A. No. 2 of 12 February 1997 as amended on 26 June 1997, the provisions of:
―Act No. 12 of June 25, 2008, concerning the classification of employment (five annexes), to the collective agreement referred to above, excluding the third paragraph of Article 4 (Grilla of minimum wages) as contrary to provisions of Article L. 3231-3 of the Labour Code.
This advent is extended subject to application of provisions of Article L. 2241-9 of the Labour Code, which provides that the annual wage negotiations and the five-year classification negotiations also aim to define and programme measures to eliminate the pay gap between women and men by 31 December 2010;
- Agreement No. 65 of 25 June 2008 on the value of the item, entered into under the above-mentioned collective agreement, subject to the application of provisions of Article L. 2241-9 of the Labour Code, which provides that the annual wage bargaining is also intended to define and program measures to eliminate the pay gap between women and men by December 31, 2010.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the avenor and the agreement referred to above shall be made on the date of the publication of this order for the remaining period and the conditions provided for by the said avenor and agreement.
The Director General of Labour is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
