By order of the Minister of Economy, Industry and Employment of December 19, 2008, regardless of the legislative and regulatory provisions relating to employment reserved for beneficiaries of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims and the legislative and regulatory provisions authorizing the contractual recruitment of beneficiaries of the employment obligation referred to in theArticle 27 of Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, is authorized under 2009 to open two (external and internal) competitions for the recruitment of senior industry and mining technicians to the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment.
The number of posts available for these recruitments is as follows:
- external competition (as provided for in Article 4-1 [a] of the amended Decree of 3 April 1998 bearing the specific status of the body of the superior technicians of the industry and the mines): 40;
― internal competition (as provided in Article 4-1 [b] of the same decree): 4.
In addition, 13 positions will be offered to recipients of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims and 4 positions will be offered on a contractual basis to beneficiaries of the job obligation referred to in theArticle 27 of the Law of 11 January 1984.
The positions not filled by the beneficiaries of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims will be added to the jobs to be filled through competitions.
The deadline for pre-registrations, on the internet or the departmental intranet, to apply (the cachet of the position in question) or for the withdrawal of registration records to the competition sector of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment is Tuesday, January 27, 2009 up to 6 p.m. (Metropole time), time limit.
The date of the end of the registration, on the internet or the departmental intranet, of sending (the stamp of the position in question) or of depositing the registration records in the competition sector of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment is fixed on Tuesday, February 3, 2009 up to 6 p.m. (metropole time), time of rigor.
Confirmation of pre-registration to a contest is mandatory. In the absence of confirmation on time, pre-registration to the contest will be deemed null and, in fact, deleted from the selection.
Any file filed without delay may not be considered.
This provision also applies to files in a envelope bearing a post cachet after the closing date or after that date in an envelope that does not include a post stamp.
Requests for registration must be made on forms issued to this effect by the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment.
