Until the change Decree of 27 December 1979 allowing the application of this decree to the body of the engineers of the marine studies and techniques, the indiciary scheduling applicable to these soldiers remains that fixed by the order setting the balance indices applicable to the corresponding military officers and personnel taken for the application of the decree of 10 July 1948.
Ceilings of these bodies are fixed by grade by interdepartmental order.
The Minister of Defence, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and the Public Service and the Secretary of State for the Public Service are responsible, each with regard to him, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic and takes effect on January 1, 2009.
