In application of thearticle 2 of the decree of 11 December 2008 referred to above, it is given delegation to the prefect of the Haute-Normandie region of the approval power of the constitutive convention of the public interest group called the "Office de l'innovation en région Haute-Normandie", whose purpose is to create an innovation agency in the Haute-Normandie region, and its possible modifications.
The interdepartmental delegate for the development and competitiveness of the territories, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Management, the Director General of the Treasury and Economic Policy and the Director of the Budget are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this Order, to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
