Given the Civil Aviation Code, including its Articles R. 135-1 to R. 135-8 ;
Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Vu la Act No. 89-1007 of 31 December 1989 modified relative to the body of air navigation control engineers;
Vu le Decree No. 90-998 of 8 November 1990 amended to include the status of the body of the air navigation control engineers;
Vu le Decree No. 93-622 of 27 March 1993 amended on the specific status of the corps of the superior technicians of the studies and the operation of civil aviation;
Vu le Decree No. 2008-577 of 17 June 2008 establishing the group classification of air traffic control bodies,
Decrete:
In the second paragraph of Article 1 of the Decree of 5 August 1970 establishing the special regime of the premiums allocated to certain technical personnel of air navigation, the word "skills" is replaced by the words "signations of unity".
Article 2 bis of the same decree is repealed.
In the first paragraph of Article 3 of the same Decree, the words: "with and exercising a qualification of control of air traffic organizations" are replaced by the words: "with a valid air traffic controller licence".
I. ― The first paragraph of section 4 bis of the same decree is replaced by the following provisions: "the chief engineers, divisional or chief air navigation control officers performing the functions of chief of the hall, chief of the tower, chief of the approach, chief of the shift, chief of the team, or first controller in an organization classified in group A, B, or C and having for more than sixteen years a licence of air traffic controller may receive, where
II. ∙ The second paragraph of the same article is amended as follows:
1° Before the words: "Divisional Air Navigation Control Engineers", the words are inserted: "Head Air Navigation Control Engineers";
2° The words: "less than six years" are replaced by the words: "at least six years".
In the first paragraph of Article 4 ter of the same decree, after the words: "the benefit of the special qualification allowance is extended", are inserted the words: "to the chief engineers of the control of the air navigation," and the words: "a qualification of control" are replaced by the words: "the whole mention of unity of one of their previous assignments".
The Minister of State, Minister of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Management, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and the Public Service, the Secretary of State for Transport and the Secretary of State for the Public Service are responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
