It is established with the Director of the National Secured Titles Agency (ANTS) a central technical committee with competence to know, within the framework of provisions of title III of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above, all the questions about this agency.
The established Central Joint Technical Committee includes:
The director of the ANTS, president.
Five administrative representatives, including the Chairperson, and five alternate representatives who are appointed under the conditions set out in thearticle 7 of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above.
Five staff representatives and five alternate representatives designated in accordance with provisions of articles 8 and 11, second paragraph, of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above.
The Director of the National Secured Title Agency is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
