The days of filing and distribution agreeing in working days, quality of service objectives assigned to the post office are: 1 ° for the priority letter: 83% of remittances must reach their recipient the day after deposit J (J + 1)-95%, at least, two days after the day deposit J (J + 2);
2 ° to Community cross-border mail: 85% of all shipments must reach their recipient in J + 3 and 97%, at least, in J + 5;
3 ° for the Colissimo window: 85% of shipments must be sent to the recipient in D + 2 and 95%, at least, on D + 3.

1 ° measures of quality of service referred to in 1 ° and 2 ° of article 1 shall be carried out in accordance with the European norm EN 13850.
2 ° the measurement of quality of service referred to in 3 ° of article 1 shall be carried out using a method which should be computerized, made and auditable.

For the registered letter, La Poste must measure the loss of these objects in accordance with the European standard EN 14137.

The processing of the claims must reveal the object of an annual report that the number of claims mail and parcels, as well as the methodology used. The method of measurement shall comply with the principles advocated in the European standard EN 14012.
The rate of response, within a period of 21 days, to claims for domestic mail is set at 90%.
