It is created in the Ministry of Defence, at the Air Force Headquarters, an automated processing of personal data called "Easy Vista", implemented by the Air Force Support Command Information and Communications Systems Brigade, whose purpose is to manage the Air Force's computer fleet.
The personal data categories recorded are those relating to:
- identity (name, name, defense ID, name of connection procedure, password encrypted);
- professional life (grade, function, unit, telephone and fax numbers, email, unit, equipment, location of inmate computer equipment, profiles and access rights to information systems);
– use of media and means of communication (maintenance, incidents, connected user, connection history, process history, system audit, kernel information and applications).
The recorded personal data relating to:
― the use of servers is kept for one year;
- to the user of the workstation,
are retained until the transfer or replacement of computer equipment.
The recipients of recorded personal data are, depending on their respective responsibilities and the need to know:
- the centre of air information systems 00-617;
- central administrators;
― inventory operators unit.
The right of opposition provided forArticle 38 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above cannot be invoked as part of this treatment.
The rights of access and rectification provided to Articles 39 et seq. of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above operates with the Air Force Support Command, Information and Communications Systems Brigade, Air Base 106, BP 131, 33998 Bordeaux Armées.
The Commander of Air Forces Support is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
