By decree of the President of the Republic dated 11 July 2008, taken on the report of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defence and intended for his execution by the Chancellor of the National Order of Merit, in view of the statement of the Council of Order dated 2 July 2008 bearing that these elevations are made in accordance with the laws, decrees and regulations in force, the Council of Ministers heard, are raised in the national order of Merit, to take place
